Jeep® is expanding its 2020 Gladiator truck lineup with the dark, handsome new Altitude trim.
The Jeep® Gladiator Altitude sports a blacked-out interior and gloss black exterior accents. The Altitude rides on 18-inch Granite Crystal aluminum wheels and all-terrain tires. Under the hood, it carries a 3.6-liter V6 engine with variable valve timing and an eight-speed automatic transmission, similar to the Gladiator’s other 4×4 trims.
Other comfort- and convenience-driven features on the Altitude include an available heated steering wheel, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ for integrating your smart device with the Uconnect® infotainment system touch screen, and SiriusXM® services such as Guardian™ Connected Services, Traffic Plus™, and Travel Link.
The Gladiator Altitude trim offers available active safety tech like Full Speed Forward Collision Warning Plus, Blind-Spot and Cross-Path Detection, and a ParkSense® Rear Park-Assist System. You can also get available Trailer Hitch Zoom, Adaptive Cruise Control, and other tech that makes towing, hauling, and long-distance driving easier than ever.
“Our Jeep® Gladiator Altitude model is a direct response to customers who ask for a ‘blacked-out’ look directly from the factory. The Jeep® Altitude models continue to resonate with customers, and adding Gladiator completes this lineup,” said Jim Morrison, head of Jeep® Brand – FCA North America.
The 2020 Jeep® Gladiator Altitude is available now to order, and we’ll be glad to help you out with that here at Kevin’s Royal Auto in Owego, New York.
Jeep® is known far and wide for its rugged, trail-ready trucks and exciting SUVs, and now you can add premium touches and sophisticated details to the list. At the recent Chicago Auto Show, the ultra-luxurious Jeep® High Altitude trim was unveiled for both the Wrangler and Gladiator.
The High Altitude versions of the Gladiator and Wrangler come with a bevy of exterior and interior upgrades. On the outside, you can outfit your vehicle of choice with 20-inch painted gloss-black aluminum wheels, matching body-color hardtops, door handles, bumpers, and more. You’ll also stand out wherever you go thanks to the exclusive Trail Rated® badge.
Inside, you’ll find yourself swaddled in luxury thanks to standard full-leather appointments like a leather-wrapped dashboard and center console, Nappa leather seating, and an available leather-wrapped steering wheel. You’ll also enjoy a standard suite of infotainment and connectivity features.
“We’ve taken the most capable SUV and midsize pickup on the planet and delivered a pair of truly unique vehicles, inside and out, so there’s clearly no compromise between luxury and capability,” said Jim Morrison, head of Jeep® Brand – FCA North America.

The all-new 2020 Jeep® Gladiator stole the show at the Moab Easter Jeep® Safari. Now in its 53rd year, the event takes place in Moab, Utah, and draws in thousands of off-road drivers. This year, the safari was home to six cool concepts that attendees won’t be forgetting anytime soon.
The Jeep® Wayout
features a true outdoor design, complete with full roof-top tent and canopy.
The body-armored exterior boasted a Gator Green paint job, available on the
Gladiator pickup. A custom bed rack and amber LED lighting makes for a great
spot to set up camp. The Wayout rolled out on athletic 17-inch wheels wrapped
in 27-inch tires.
Built on a Rubicon body,
the Jeep® J6 nods to the late 1970s styling mixed with Mopar
performance parts. A 6-foot functional bed adds an additional foot to the
standard Gladiator. A steel sport/roll bar in the bed features four 5-inch LED
lights that light up the trails.
Jeep® Gladiator Gravity
Gladiator Gravity features an upgraded cold-air intake and exhaust system that
enhances performance. Inside, the pickup features Katzkin leather seats with
Tungsten stitching. A 2-inch lift kit and 35-inch tires raise this concept to
